As well as having some quality social time, you will move a little, eat a little and learn a little. This event is for the older lesbian, gay, bi+, trans and queer (LGBTQ) community, carers, and friends.
After morning tea, you will be guided through some easy movement and dance steps to help stimulate your appetite, followed by a healthy lunch and chat about cooking on a budget during the winter months. Finishing off with the City of Sydney sharing information about the ways they support older people in the community.
